This is what the team at Coca-Cola ASEAN and South Pacific found when they recently held their Conference in Sydney for their teams in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific and we hosted a ‘Change Makers’ team building session for them with our charity partner Clean Up Australia
Our sessions are designed to inspire your staff, bring them closer together, and mobilise them.
Besides being highly interactive and great fun, because they will learn about a charity in the process and participate in activities designed to get to know their colleagues better and help the charity, they will leave the session feeling refreshed, invigorated and with a greater sense of purpose and meaning.
We recently had our first opportunity in more than 2 years to have our entire 130 Coca-Cola South Pacific associates together F2F. We wanted our teams to engage, learn, support” and have fun together. We chose Team Building with Purpose on recommendation from one of our Senior Leaders who had experienced their work previously.
